FITWORKS PURCHASE PROGRAM: The Fine Print

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS:

Regular Sized Items:

All regular sized items will be shipped within two (2) business days of placing order via Canada Post or UPS. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 8am – 5pm local time and will require a signature. Up to three (3) attempts for delivery will be made; undelivered items will be held at the local post office (or UPS warehouse) for pick up until the time noted on the delivery notice. Undeliverable and returned shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Oversized Items:

Items over 150lbs (68kg) will be shipped via common freight carrier. Please note: all deliveries are curb-side only and we do require that the carrier call and make an appointment for delivery. Someone must be home to accept and sign for the product.

Oversized items ship on a weekly basis please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.

Free Shipping:
Items marked free shipping typically covers all major cities across Canada. However, in the event you are in a rural or remote location, additional shipping charges may apply.

All online orders involve drop-off only and do not include assembly.  If you would like to arrange set-up options, please call 1-800-578-1333  to make or confirm these arrangements.

SERVICE:

The warranty on any product is determined by the policies of the manufacturer. In many cases Fitworks would provide warranty service on behalf of the manufacturer. In other cases, the manufacturer will designate a Service Provider based on the closest Certified Technician. In other cases, the manufacturer will provide service within a specific area, but the customer must pay travel expenses outside of that area.

RETURN POLICY:

Accessories purchased at Fitworks may be returned or exchanged (excluding shipping or delivery costs) in their original un-used state and packaging within 30 days from the original time of purchase.

A 20% Re-stocking fee applies to all returns with the exception of defective product. For  hygienic reasons, exercise mats, stability balls, gloves, resistance tubing, resistance bands, heart rate monitors and any other product deemed hygienically sensitive (at Fitworks sole discretion) may not be returned or exchanged at any time after purchase with the exception of

Defective product.

Equipment may be returned or exchanged for 30 days after time of purchase for the full amount  (less any delivery or shipping charges) provided it is in its original packaging and its
original boxed state. Any out of box and/or used product returned within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any product found to be Defective on Arrival will be replaced only if the defective component has been unsuccessfully replaced or repaired after 3 attempts. Any service issues arising after time of delivery or assembly will be dealt with as dictated by the original Manufacturers’ Warranty.
